I completed my 200- and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings at the Ayurvedic Institute along with certification in Ayuryoga®—a system designed by Dr. Vasant Lad that integrates Ayurvedic principles with asana, pranayama, and meditation to support healing and balance. As a graduate of the Ayurvedic Doctor (Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner) program at the Ayurvedic Institute, and yoga teacher working toward my RYT500, I teach yoga classes and offer individualized yoga sessions in person in Orange County, California, and online. Drawing from my MIT and Stanford engineering background and prior 25 years in the corporate world, I bring a grounded and thoughtful, approach to every class, blending the analytical with the intuitive and the ancient with the modern.With gratitude and inspiration for what’s ahead 🌿
