Experiencing yoga's transformative power she pursued teacher training at Ananda Yoga Studios, deepening her passion for growth opportunity and healing. Her classes emphasize self-exploration, breath awareness, self-love and mindfulness. Through dynamic yet balanced sequences she guides students to build strength flexibility and inner connection.
