I have a personal practice of over 20 years and find joy in designing classes for students of all abilities and all bodies. Everyone is welcome and can learn, enjoy and experience the transformative power of Yoga! Some of the classes and workshops I have taught are Beginners Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra. I also teach classes/workshops on Yoga Philosophy, Mantra Chanting, Pranayama and Clarifying Misapplied Concepts.
