Nichole has a deep passion for health and wellness.
Her passion began when she found herself suffering from autoimmune issues and desired to heal herself naturally. This is when she discovered yoga and instantly fell in love. Yoga and meditation quickly became a way of life for Nichole, healing her body and changing all aspects of her life. Nichole has been practicing for two decades. Her class offerings focus on intentional flow, strength building, flexibility, and mind/body connection – mainly teaching alignment-focused Vinyasa, Hatha, and open-level classes. She encourages students to let go of self-limiting beliefs, expands their way of thinking, and inspires them to open to new possibilities—teaching them to let go of their “I can’t” stories. She believes we should enjoy the ride and celebrate the small victories along the way. If we let go of the expected outcome, we may just find something even more rewarding. When Nichole is not on the mat, she can be found playing tennis, walking, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, traveling or finding new restaurants.
