Hello, I'm Nicole Starr Bacon, a seasoned wellness practitioner with over 15 years of experience in various modalities.
My journey began with yoga, earning my 200 RYT certification in 2012 and subsequently becoming an E-RYT. Since then, I've expanded my expertise to include Health and Wellness Coaching, Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki Mastery, Mindfulness Training, Emotional Eating, Attachement, Brainspotting, and so much more. In 2015, I deepened my skills with Therapeutic Thai Yoga Bodywork training and later pursued a Yin Yoga certification in 2016. I'm proud to have founded and successfully operated Bending Branch Yoga, fostering a warm and inclusive community. My commitment to holistic wellness led me to become a Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher in 2021 and obtain certification as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2022. Continuing my education, I completed a 500 RYT through Yoga Medicine® in 2023 and completed another 50 hour Yin Yoga Training with Bernie Clark in 2025. Additionally, I became a Brainspotting Practitioner in 2024. Furthering my academic pursuits, I obtained a Bachelor of Art in Psychology with a concentration in mental health in 2023. I obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in trauma and crisis in 2025.
