Nicole Beall MA is the co-owner of C Yoga; the only Black-owned yoga studios in Idaho There are currently two locations of C Yoga in Nampa and Caldwell Idaho Nicoles love of yoga began as a way to help heal physical injuries and grew to become one of her greatest tools to support her mental health In her journey as a Curvy Black Yogini she has found herself unwelcome in many yoga spaces She became a teacher to create a space where people of every ethnicity size and background could feel welcomed and respected Nicole feels called to spend her life creating yoga spaces where people can find healing without having to jump through the hoops of -isms! Nicole completed her -hour certification through Sage Yoga & Wellness Yoga Teacher Training Program and is certified through Yoga Alliance as E-RYT YACEP She studied with Anna Guest-Jelley to earn her certification in Curvy Yoga and is the only Curvy Yoga Certified Instructor in Idaho She is a Certified YSR: The Yoga of -Step Recovery Leader She is also a Yoga Shred Certified Teacher.
