I have a deep belief that each of our bodies are capable of more than we believe.
Tapping into our potential requires freedom from perfection, playfulness, and willingness to try new things.As a 200-hour RYT specializing in intuitive, core-focused practices, I blend traditional yoga with gentle bodyweight training and Pilates-inspired movements to help my students feel genuinely strong and empowered. My classes—offered primarily online with occasional in-person sessions near the Skagit Valley—create space for exploration over perfection. Keep in mind: there's no single "right way" to practice, but there are hurtful ways, and I intend to avoid the latter while encouraging you to tune in over time to what feels best for your body.You'll find me all around the world scaling mountains, experimenting with new foods, and hunting for thrifted treasures—and I promise to bring that same adventurous, authentic spirit to every practice.
