While Nicole's roots began with the physicality of Bikram Yoga, they quickly expanded into Vinyasa Flow and the more subtle energy the practice provided. It is here that she was captivated by the ocean of philosophical teachings reaching far beyond the physical aspects. She received her 200 HR Certification under the guidance of Heather Artman and knew her heart was called to spread the teachings of yoga to students. Nicole made the decision to leave her corporate career and become a studio owner / full-time yoga teacher and has never looked back. She loves teaching creative sequencing that challenges the body & mind and is continuously inspired by observing students fall in love with the practice of yoga. It is through observing each student's healing and growth that Nicole finds gratitude. Nicole is 500 ERYT Certified, RPYT Certified (Prenatal Yoga), Barre Certified, and YACEP certified with over 2000 hours of teaching experience.
