I am a 200 hour RYT currently working towards my 300 hour.
In addition to having my RYT, I also am an Usui Reiki Master.My goal is to bring presence, intention and compassion into every class I teach. I strive to create a space where students can connect more deeply with themselves in mind, body and spirit.In addition to teaching I serve as our Studio Flow Manager helping ensure the studio runs smoothly. Off the mat you will find me drinking coffee, lost in a good fantasy book, immersed in playing Animal Crossing or celebrating all things fall.
