Niki is a registered 500 hour Shambhava Yoga teacher.
She has been practicing and studying subtle energies from a young age, her mother being her first teacher. During part of Niki's journey, she fell in love with the physical part of yoga; however, Niki believes that yoga is more than just asana. In her classes, you will find her guiding students into a deeper sense of the Self so they can experience and cultivate a connection to the Divine, both on and off the mat. In addition, after completing her initial teacher training, she realized there was a need for people who were curious about yoga but hesitant to step into a class because they didn't feel they were flexible enough. Niki makes yoga accessible accessible for every body. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. Additional Education: Shambhava Meditation teacher training levels 1 and 2 Certified in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Trained in Yoga for Well Be-ing.
