Nicole discovered Hatha yoga in 2000 when she walked into Tony Sanchez's San Francisco Yoga Studio on her way home from work.
She practiced with Sanchez until 2003 when she relocated to San Diego. Since then she has explored different styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin. Nicole completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training certification from YogaSix in 2013, Kids Yoga teacher training certification from Next Generation Yoga in 2014, Trigger Point Foam Rolling certification in 2016 and Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Joe Barnett in 2017 & 2018. Nicole is currently is the Lead Teacher for YogaSix North Carlsbad and lululemon Ambassador. Her mission is to help others learn how to live well in their bodies, so they can live well in their lives.
