Driven to stay connected to teaching and community, she completed yoga training, so she could unlock the transformative power of yoga. She designs classes to be inclusive, inviting students to explore yoga within their abilities, with offering variations to all the different postures. Alignment, a focus in training, forms the heart of her teaching. Her goal in yoga is guiding students to cultivate harmony and wellness in their lives. Her expertise extends to education administration, global studies, and snowboard instruction.
