About
Nicoli Sinclair is a mother, meditation teacher, and seasoned yoga instructor turned spiritual teacher, who has dedicated her life to helping others move beyond the social constructs and identities that make them feel divided and disconnected from the Divine and each other.
Her life lessons and teachings help spiritual seekers unmask their true Self, connect, and live the life they are capable of living. Nicoli takes an emotional mature approach to spiritual teachings that are rooted in the wisdom of the meditation and the Jnana Yoga way of living. Nicoli began her spiritual journey immersed in the teachings of Jesus Christ as a child and young adult. She has enormous respect for the path of Christianity and is forever grateful for its foundational teachings. Nicoli, however, was called to expanded and began her meditation and yoga practice in 2011. After a few years of practicing, Nicoli became certified in 2013 in Vinyasa Yoga through the Three Sisters Yoga (TSY) 200/hr. teacher training and went on to complete her 300/hr. certification a year later. During her advanced teacher training, Nicoli became passionate about Jnana Yoga, the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna, and the teachings of the Upanishads, the ancient text from the Vedas. She went on to study mantra, sadhana and Hatha Yoga in Guatemala in 2015. While living in New York City, Nicoli became a frequent guest at the Vedanta Society of New York and when she later moved, the Arsha Vidya Gurukulakam where she studied the teachings of the late Swami Dayananda and his disciples. In 2016, she discovered the Advaita Vedanta philosophy teacher and Zen Master Mooji. In 2019 she had the opportunity to visit Rishikesh India to study yoga, meet Mooji in Satsang, and visit Swami Dayananda’s ashram in India. Nicoli later joined the Chopra Center and become a Certified Meditation Instructor. Nicoli is a lifelong student of meditation and yoga philosophy, and continues to enrich herself in these powerful Vedic sciences. She recently completed studies in sound meditation (Nada Yoga) and is currently studying at The American Institute of Vedic Studies with Dr. David Frawley.
