A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, Niecia completed her training through a certified Registered Yoga School (RYS). She’s deeply passionate about cultivating diverse, supportive spaces where people can show up exactly as they are and walk the path to wellness together. Her love languages are food, laughter, and a healthy dose of ridiculousness. Her superpower is finding humor even in life’s messiest moments, and she is excited to share that joy, connection, and realness with you.
