Yoga has been a part of my life since 2008.
I would not have it any other way. My teaching grows everyday with my students. Having received my 200 Hour Certification and 500 Hour Certification with SMCN-All About Yoga in Hatha Yoga. Yoga has brought ease, effort and a love for life which I transfer this love to my students. Teaching students about their bodies as we have a focus each week on a goal pose or different area of the body. This keeping students interest every week. Teaching Styles taught: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Heated Vinyasa Flow, Beginners Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga Chair Yoga, and Guided Meditation, Kids and Teens, Chair Yoga for MS and PD. In addition workshops to deepen your knowledge of yoga and including yoga teacher training. Currently teaching group classes and offering private and semi-private classes for yoga and meditation. Teaching Hours: Currently as of Sept. 2018, hours taught and counting! :) Places I teach in the Las Vegas. Nevada are: Namaste Yoga Studio, Blue Sky Yoga, EoS Fitness and Copper Creek Apartments. Nina Alvarenga is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
