My name is Nina Cruz and I was born and raised in Santa Cruz Bolivia where I earned a bachelors degree in Communication and Public Relations I married and moved to my husbands homeland The Netherlands We spent the next couple of years there and it is where my first son was born My husbands job took us to South Florida and we have been here ever since – years and counting Here is where our second son was born Now one is in college and the other in High School Then in I met my mentor a truly dedicated Yoga teacher a member of the Yoga Alliance that brought all her knowledge and wisdom from her homeland India With her my journey and true calling began I completed my Yoga teacher training and became a member of the Yoga Alliance studied and certified in Reiki Yin Yoga and also certified in personal training I strongly believe that we do not meet people by accident They are meant to cross our path for a reason I also believe that strong people do not put others down They lift them up My mantra is: Im strong Im at peace Im calm Namaste.
