I practice vinyasa yoga Vinyasa Krama means in definite order This style of yoga prepares the students to connect their body breath and mind- unification means Yoga! I started practicing Yoga about years ago and used to practice with friends To quench the thirst to know more about yoga I went to Gujarat India There I met a renowned Yoga teacher Mr Dholakia Under his guidance I learned the rich history of Yoga I came to know about Sage Patanjali- the founder and writer of world famous Yoga Sutras! I learned about limbs of yoga I had a chance to explore more about Pranayama- technic to lengthen and control breath That experience inspired me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher To enrich my knowledge and experience I joined Om My Yoga in Camp Hill PA-RYS for my RYT training I finished my RYT in June I teach yoga at a fitness center and at my home studio Being a health care professional and my knowledge of human body-the anatomy and physiology I can guide a student how to get in to a most comfortable and aligned yogasana A typical class includes practice of pranayama along with asana and will leave my students with a lighter calm and composed mind and body The class length can be - minutes Teaching Yoga is more of my passion then a profession I am always ready to explore more what Yoga has to offer to us Nira Andharia is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS.
