Nita Spielberg BSNRNERYTYACEP is a graduate of Lourdes Hospital Institute of Wholistic Studies and Yoga Teacher Training Programs where she was also on faculty and co -led both programs for years She has studied in the Iyengar and Kripalu traditions since and has extensive teaching experience for all levels of students Nita teaches yoga classes and trainings and has travelled nationally to conduct workshops on anatomy and physiology of yogasana and meditative practices including Metta mediation and Yoga Nidra She has been grateful to be on health teams working with veterans and military and others who need therapeutics through yoga practice She is certified by Leslie Howard to teach yoga for the health of the pelvic floor and by Camille Kittrell to teach yoga to enhance a healthy lifestyle for those living beyond breast cancer Nita has taught at the Haddonfield Yoga Center for over years From an Indian family and as a nurse Nita seeks to combine Eastern and Western health perspectives in her teaching A student of Qi Gong and Tai Chi for years Nita attempts to bring awareness of the fusion of Taoist Buddhist practices and classical Hatha practices Nita respects and honors her first teachers her exstended family for introducing her to meditation as part of healthy and compassionate living from childhood She honors her teachers past and present And she honors her students who are have taught her so much throughout the years.
