My name is Nora, and I approach yoga as both a lifelong student and a dedicated teacher.
Over the past decade of practice and 8 years of teaching, I’ve learned that the most powerful part of yoga is not the shape of the pose, but the mindset it cultivates. I earned my RYT 200 at Laughing Buddha Hot Yoga in West Deptford, but my deepest lessons have come from my own journey, one that began in a time when anxiety and stress felt overwhelming.Yoga became the space where I learned to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with myself. That personal transformation continues to guide how I teach. In my classes, you’re encouraged to slow down, look inward, and give yourself permission to take up space -mentally, emotionally, and physically. Together, we’ll cultivate clarity amid the noise of everyday life and build a practice grounded in self-awareness and intention.Currently I teach heated vinyasa, power yoga, and barre in West Palm Beach, Florida and JTown Hot Yoga.
