He is a professional level Kripalu Yoga Teacher and a certified Yin Yoga Teacher. He has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching yoga since 2009. Terry’s personal practice and teaching reflect his passion for yoga’s classical eight-limbed path. He teaches alignment-centered Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow, following a holistic practice founded in traditional yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control, and meditation).
