Ofira Mor - Occupational Therapist OTR/L since and Yoga Teacher RYT/ since Specialized in rehabilitative training Working with individuals who suffers from a past injury and want to regain their exercise routine safely and prevent further injury In March gained Yoga Teacher certificate and started teach yoga at the JCC and at home My Yoga classes are geared to individuals who want to gain flexibility strength and relaxation with adjustment that needed for their body My yoga classes are easy to follow and adjusted to each level of performance and ability The progression is slow safe and evident as you continue to practice Born and raised in Jerusalem served in the IDF for years and finish my studies of Occupational Therapy at the Hebrew University with BOT at Worked at Hadassah Hospital for years as senior occupational therapist in the rehabilitation unit In my years at Hadassah treated individuals with a variety of neurological and orthopedic conditions In June moved to NJ and started working at the JCC as an Occupational Therapist and started training and teaching classes for strengthening balance and stretching while teaching correct posture and injury prevention.
