Scott is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliances, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Olivia received her certification from Sonic Yoga in NYC in May 2018. She teaches vinyasa yoga throughout NYC, primarily at The Dream Center Harlem on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Her style is vinyasa flow, and the sequences are thoughtfully designed around alignment, and include intention setting and prayer at the beginning of the class, with reminders to reflect on intentions throughout the class. All classes are set to jazz, soul and spiritual music.
