Im a yoga teacher and fitness instructor based in Nova Scotia teaching at local rec centres and through my private home studio I offer fiery Vinyasa restorative Yin and relaxing Nidra practices Whether its an energizing power class or a grounding yin session my aim is to create a space where students feel supported encouraged and free to explore their practice in a way that feels authentic to them I am also a Certified Fitness Instructor with the Nova Scotia Fitness Association and teach HIIT, Step Aerobics, Bootcamp, and Spin classes This blend of disciplines enriches my teaching as I continuously integrate fresh insights and techniques from both the yoga and fitness worlds into every session Im passionate about learning from everyone I encounter I learn from students and fellow yoga teachers I believe our individual experiences with yoga are as diverse as they are valuable Motivating people to challenge themselves physically and mentally is at the heart of what I do I thrive on fostering a space where growth and connection flourish infusing every class with positive energy and encouraging students to expand their boundaries Im deeply committed to equity and inclusion continually exploring how diverse perspectives enhance our spaces I aim to make yoga accessible empowering and safe for all bodies and backgrounds Everyone should give themselves a little more credit You've got this! 😊.
