Im Omar he/him/his My yoga adventure began in at YO BK where I was introduced to Traditional Hot Yoga Bikram and Power Vinyasa Yoga This journey unexpectedly transformed me unlocking unprecedented levels of strength and flexibility not only physically but spiritually as well—and the YO BK community was instrumental in this transformation Discovering YO BK felt like finding a second home The welcoming atmosphere the inspirational individuals and the positive energy immediately resonated with me In March I deepened my commitment by completing YO BKs -hour Power Vinyasa teacher training As a teacher my goal is to create a class environment that is as welcoming and supportive as it is challenging and vibrant just like what I experienced when first joining YO BK as a student I aim to share the transformative power of yoga guiding you towards discovering your own strength flexibility and happiness I look forward to welcoming you onto the mat soon!.
