Paige Williamson fell deeply and madly in love with yoga in her late twenties.
She began attending a power class on Saturdays and someone there suggested checking out classes on Yogaglo. She began practicing regularly and immediately noticed how much better her mind and body felt after practicing. Over time, she took the lessons learned on the mat and began practicing the same compassion, patience, and self-love off of the mat. She decided in 2015 to sign up for the 200 hour training at Savannah Yoga Center and from there, the real transformation of body and mind began. After completing her 200 hour, she continued her studies at Asheville Yoga Center, completing her 500 hour certification in Dec. Of 2018. Her heart's desire is to see others enjoy this wonderful practice and reap all of the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical benefits that it provides.
