I am a RYT- level trained and certified Yoga Instructor Thanks to the great staff at Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle WA   I have studied yoga for years starting with Iyengar style then Hatha Vinyasa and Ashtanga I have settled on a modified Hatha style with deep roots in Iyengar alignment beliefs  I focus on injury prevention and awareness through modifications and heightened focus on anatomy and how bodies move naturally  A huge hindrance to consistent practice is injury and supporting healthy and injured students ability to practice consistently is key to their success  I love problem solving with the student to create a practice that inspires and works for them I teach private classes in N Seattle area and Sun City West Arizona in the six months we are there  My style of teaching is Hatha and Gentle yoga  I believe in constantly adding to my knowledge on many yogic subjects connected to meditation movement and anatomy We can all learn from our challenges and I appreciate helping my students find and maintain their mobility through strengthening and awareness with a positive informed and kind approach.
