I completed 300 hr YTT in 2024 collaboration with Shine Ohio and Rogue Awakening.I have certifications in Sound Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Reiki 2nd level and tuning fork certification. I'm currently offering private and semi private classes in gentle yoga, including meditation, sound bath and tuning fork energy work.
