Pamela Domzalski is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT of hours with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of advanced yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Additionally she has another hours + total from an accredited yoga therapy program from which she graduated and is certified as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists She has a daily meditation and yoga practice a combination of hatha with vinyasa some sessions and restorative/ yin for others depending on her bodies needs Her teaching style is mixed depending on client or group needs Shes received trainings in several specialty styles of yoga including kundalini somatic movement yin restorative and nidra Pam has additional training in yoga for trauma yoga for resiliency ysr yoga for recovery mindfulness and meditation practices and kundalini breathwork and other pranayama practices She is also a vibrational sound therapy practitioner and young adult She fell in love with the holistic healing it brought to her mind body and soul When yoga helped her recover from Lyme disease she knew her path was to teach yoga as a recovery practice Turning her pain into purpose once again as she faced the loss of her soulmate husband and navigated grief as a young widow she began combining life coaching and other natural healing arts with yoga practices which led her to yoga therapy She has been working with clients seeking complementary therapy for dis-ease in the body and mind Her specialties are working with those who have grief and other traumas that have affected their mental health including those with anxiety depression and PTSD She focuses on nervous system repair and combining somatic psychosomatic and spiritually integrated holistic therapies She has also worked with clients who are managing chronic conditions such as arthritis all kinds and auto-immune She enjoys partnering with clients open to exploring
