About
Pamela Herrling is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Pamela's training was completed through Wild Abundant Life with Debbie Williamson. Pamela wants to live in a world where everybody has peace in their thoughts, kindness in their words, and love in their heart all while feeling well in their bodies. She's excited to share what she's learned about exercise and nutrition while helping others along their life journey. As an instructor, Pamela brings 33+ years of fitness/wellness experience to her teaching/learning expertise. She is a National Board Certified Teacher (EC/Middle Childhood Physical Education, 2015), holds a master of science degree in pedagogy in physical education and adapted physical education (Montana State University, 1992), received bachelor of science degrees in physical education, health, and recreation (Montana State University, 1983), and taught physical education for 32 years in both Wisconsin and Montana (retired from public education in 2018). Because of several quirky body issues, Pamela needed to find a fitness outlet that led her to yoga at the Apple Creek YMCA 10 years ago. She is passionate about others feeling well in their bodies and will do whatever she can to help them get there, believing everybody's body is capable of practicing yoga.
