About
I was introduced to yoga over a decade ago through community-based classes that emphasized accessibility and care.
As my practice deepened, I felt called to share yoga with children and with communities that have had limited access to these practices. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and hold certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Children’s Yoga.Yoga became a supportive pathway for me when traditional seated meditation felt challenging. Through movement and breath, I learned that mindfulness can take many forms. I invite students to approach their practice with curiosity and patience, honoring what works for their unique bodies and experiences.I offer yoga as a trauma-aware, culturally humble practice rooted in respect for yoga’s origins and your lived experience. Classes center choice, gentle movement, and care—creating space for personal and collective well-being.You’re warmly invited to connect on the mat and explore a yoga practice that centers care, agency, and belonging.
