I started teaching body awareness in I loved studing anatomy kinesiology and physiology during college I started teaching classes with theses things as my guide However I knew nothing about the s hich I learned during collegewith little knowledge of how the muscles worked what bones were what and no idea about the breath   Everything I taught was about how my body felt  I felt very inadequate teaching even though I had a good following I decided to study a little anatomy kinesiology and physiology to help  I enjoyed learning more about the working body  In I started teaching yoga I had no real certifications but again I had a good following  In I received my RYT  Ive continue to teach through the years I enjoy a good hot yoga practice and up until COVID- I would teach that during winter months I teach active seniors through zoom and chair yoga for seniors at the local rec center Lately I am taken back by all first responders military and hospital staff that sacrifice themselves to help others My hope is to be able to help them work through their pain I also love drum circles Two years ago I studied drum circle facilitation I am a member of Drum Circle Facilitators Guild   Everyone has a beat; our heart Everyone has a rhythm; our breath Bring them both together; our minds begin to relax Add some movement and we start to see the beauty of yoga Namaste.
