I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance I have practiced Yoga for over years and maintained a daily home practice for over four years I teach Hatha Yoga in classes that range from to minutes to share the amazing health benefits with others Outside of yoga I teach middle school in a Virginia public school district I earned my masters degree in Educational Psychology from The University of Virginia I enjoy bicycling and usually pedal at least miles on the weekends I walk three miles almost every evening with my husband.
