Patti initially came to yoga to become a better surfer.
As her practice deepened, the magic revealed itself offering healing and connection and becoming a constant in her life. Having a love of teaching people and wanting to share this transformative journey, she found her way into Yoga Teacher Training. Along with completing her 200hr she has also received certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Foundations of Yoga Therapy. She is currently enrolled in YTT300 with future plans of becoming a Yoga Therapist.Patti is the Studio Manager at Palestra Spa & Studio in SouthPatk where she also leads a MIndful Flow class twice a week. Additionally, she teaches Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa, and Deep Stretch at the Cornwell Center. She enjoys traveling around the city teaching classes for corporate groups sharing mindfulness practices along with thoughtful vinyasa flows. Practice Yoga ~ Feel Better!
