I was originally drawn to the practice of yoga as a means of increased flexibility.
It was the incredible peace, mindfulness and energy that comes along with it though that kept me coming back over and over again. Realizing that you don't have to "be" anything other than who you are on any given day,I incorporate purposeful movement following the natural breath into each class. I provide options to allow each participant to listen to their body and realize that it is perfect just as it is today. "If you can breathe, you can do yoga."
