The practice was so profound and transformative, (both physically and spiritually) the path of progression led to training as a yoga instructor in order to bring the practice to others.She has since completed: -A 200-hour basic YTT with Zenya Yoga Academy of Hampton Roads, Virginia and a recertification program with Integral Yoga San Francisco (IYISF) to certify as an Integral Yoga Instructor.-A 300-hour YTT with (IYISF), which included exploration of Raja Yoga and Guided Meditation.-Certification training in Yin Yoga with My Vinyasa Practice (MVP)
