She completed her 500 hour yoga teacher training at Heartwood Retreat Yoga Center with Gunny East-Shaddock, and her 200 hour at Ridgley Retreat with Deahna Brown. She has taught Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, Fitness Yoga, Alignment -Oriented Yoga, VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Beach Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayana and Meditation. Her own practice is Spiritually-Oriented yoga. She is also a massage therapist, SoulCollage Facilitator and Reiki Master Practitioner and offers spiritual art classes such as card and traveling alter building or collage as a process to go deeper into self discovery. In yoga retreats, she can offer Sound Baths with Yoga Nidra in addition to yoga, belly dance and art classes.
