She specializes in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Chakra Alignment, often weaving in aromatherapy and instruments to deepen the restorative experience. Her classes are gentle yet profound—inviting students into a space of inner clarity, energetic balance, and embodied connection. Rooted in the eight limbs of yoga, Patricia’s teaching reflects her belief that yoga is not just a practice, but a way of life.Beyond the mat, Patricia is devoted to cultivating a vibrant, holistic lifestyle. She finds joy in travel, laughter, photography, nature, music, dancing, and spending time with loved ones—human and furry alike 🐶🐱.
