Hi Im Patrick - the Yoga Director at YogaRenew Online Teacher Training My classes are devoted to creating a light hearted atmosphere that encourages self-study through alignment focused vinyasa yoga and traditional yogic philosophy My teaching is drawn from the year old tradition of yoga and rooted in ancient texts and practices but integrated and applied in a way that is relevant to the unique and modern environment in which we live I have been been practicing and leading yoga classes for years After my initial hours of Yoga Teacher Training I completed the Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training Program in for an additional hours of study at the Iyengar Institute of New York I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and also a Licensed Acupuncturist LAc in New York State.
