Let us find connection between ourselves and our world to build a practice capable of sustaining our health and happiness regardless of the obstacles. I have a RYT 200 cert and I am pushing Yin. On it's own or as a compliment, Yin is fascinating. I also enjoy teaching Hatha classes—flow or alignment. Witnessing the journey of students is one of my most revered teachers.
