Paul has a M.Ed. degree in Kinesiology, and is an ACSM Certified and Registered Exercise Physiologist, an ACE Certified Health Coach, Certified Functional Movement Specialist and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and an FMS Functional Movement Screen Provider Level 2.
