Paula's classes serve a range of participants: • Restricted activities because of pain or other physical limitations • Active and cautious due to osteoporosis arthritis, or a general desire to exercise more safely and carefully due to aging • Inertia: you like the idea of being active and don't want to do things that are boring or unpleasant. She completed a 200- hour Yoga teacher training in 2001 and has been teaching full time since 2002.
