Paula Lindemann

My teacher certification is through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. My sequencing focuses strongly on alignment, as well as building strength, improving balance and flexibility. Breath work, visualization, and meditation are woven into each class. I blend together elements of Anusara, vinyasa from the Ashtanga traditions, and hatha from Sivananda Yoga. My teaching has been influenced by Gernot Huber, Max Strom, Desiree Rumbaugh, Jonas Westring, Jason Crandell, and Lizzie Lasater. I have been practicing yoga since 2001, and teaching in the Twin Cities and Thailand since 2015. Prior to becoming an instructor, I spent several years as a stage actress and continue to do commercial and voice-over work professionally.
