Yoga has been a part of my life for 20 years.
I completed my teacher training during the most difficult year of my life. My father, husband and best friend all died in 2014 and I did not know what to do with my teaching certificate. My yoga came off my mat, but it became even more of a force in my every day life. kindness and mindfulness were what I struggled for every day. I returned for CE hours in 2018 and completed another 200 RYT training in Hot Yoga and am currently teaching that practice in Lambertville, NJ.
