Paulina Zamudio is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having completed her first yoga teacher training in 2014 in Hatha Yoga.
She later continued her studies with advanced training in Ashtanga Yoga, including a 300-hour teacher training and specialized pranayama teacher training. Paulina has traveled to India on four occasions in total and remains deeply committed to the practice and teaching of Ashtanga Yoga. Her first trip to India in 2018 and returned again in 2022 to Mysore, India, where she spent several months studying at the Sharath Yoga Centre and was granted authorization to teach. Paulina is the co-owner of Yoga Shala San Antonio, a studio founded in 2008. She joined her teacher—now her partner—in 2018, continuing the studio’s long-standing commitment to traditional, dedicated yoga practice.
