Peggy completed her 230-hour yoga teacher training through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. You can catch a class with her in Eau Claire, Wisconsin where she currently teachings at The Yoga Room. Her mission as a yoga teacher is to move people. The benefits of a yoga practice reach far beyond the physical body.
