I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center.
I also have certificates for teaching Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Golfers, as well as AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and NASM Senior Fitness Specialist certifications. I prefer to take a gentle approach to fitness, offering modifications for yoga poses that allow me to serve both beginner and experienced students alike. Although I welcome students of all ages, my client base tends to be over 40 and under 12. I believe that movement, diet and mindfulness all work together to create a healthy, happy person regardless of age. I'm passionate about sharing my yoga practice and other healthy lifestyle habits like home gardening and cooking.
