I was first introduced to yoga well over a decade ago and have been continuously deepening my knowledge and practice ever since.I am dedicated to elevating human well-being by offering group and private lessons to people from all walks of life.I also volunteer for the Isha Foundation, an international non-profit organization founded by Sadhguru, supporting various initiatives and programs.
