Petra is E-RYT RYT YACEP and she found yoga after years of struggles with staying healthy and grants regular yoga practice with finally being able to quiet her autoimmune system into long term remission Her teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method a Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction detailed alignment breath and fluid movement and layered with longer holds to improve strength and flexibility Her classes are carefully themed to deepen the students experience of Yoga She also offers variety of modifications and props that are used to individualize the practice for each of her students Petra is passionate about working with private clients helping them to deepen their practice heal from injuries and find their own practice that honors and celebrates their abilities In Petra completed hr advanced yoga teacher training with The Container Collective a Baptiste affiliated studio in Denver CO under skillful leadership of Brittany Hopkins The following year in February Petra graduated with hr of additional advanced teacher training with YogaWork under the mentorship of Jodie Rufty and concluded her journey through advanced teacher trainings with Amy Ippoliti and her Vesselify School Of Yoga in November adding hr of advanced studies to best support CENTER teachers and students.
