I look at Yoga as a way of life.
Regular yoga practice has the potential to transform you. Having witnessed the countless benefits yoga practice has to offer I grew a desire to share this knowledge with others and enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training program at the College of the Desert. I obtained my YTT certificate in October 2023. I will always be a student of yoga first. It is my greatest honor to guide other students of yoga in their asana practice.I teach Vinyasa yoga set to instrumental music, we move the body across all planes of motion, with emphasis on connection to the breath. You can expect Sun Salutations, forward bends, back bends, twists, balance postures, and inversions as we strive to achieve steadiness and ease (sthira and sukha) on and off our mat.
