Hi Im Ploy currently a computer science student at UBC Vancouver Canada I believe we need balance in life Yoga gives me a sense of balance between mind and body flexibility and strength and also between giving and receiving Since Ive received so much from my own practice and from teachers along the way I feel inspired to give back I always enjoy sharing energy with people in class and I hope to create a space where others can feel supported grounded and inspired For me yoga is not only about movement but also about connection—with ourselves with others and with the present moment My goal is to share the joy and calm that yoga has brought into my life and to keep growing together with my students.
